About – Akilah Sade Passmore

Hello there. & welcome.

Akilah is an art director, designer, and occasional writer, originally from Atlanta, GA. In her free time, you can find her releasing endorines by taking dance classes, listening to afro beats, catching up on the latest A24 film, and wondering down whatever off the beaten path she can find to explore.

Akilah studied photography and fashion design in undergrad and is a self taught graphic designer, she later attended advertising school. Her goal is to bring more diversity to the advertising community.

Akilah has worked at agencies, in-house, and with start-ups for an array of industries. Some clients including: Hulu, Zillow, Kia, 7-Eleven, Canada Dry, Jack in the box, California Lottery, Curology, Varo Bank, Homeboy Industies, Jollibee, Taco Bell, Smirnoff, Shine on Sierra Leone, Slurpee, Chicken of the sea, & Mattel.
